The eGift Card I Sent Hasn’t Been Used. Can I Get a Refund?
Once an eGift Card has been emailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient did not receive it or accidentally deletes it, ask the recipient to check SPAM folders, deleted email folders or automatic filters. If it still isn’t found, contact us for assistance.
Can I Cancel My eGift Card Purchase, Or Change the Recipient?
eGift Cards are sent out a few minutes after the order is placed. Once it has been sent, it cannot be canceled.
How Soon Will the Recipient Get an Email Containing My Gift?
From the time of purchase, delivery will take just a few minutes. If it takes longer than 24 hours, please contact us.
What Is the Spending Limit On My eGift Card?
When you receive an email with the Coupon Code, you’ll also see the dollar amount the eGift is worth. This amount will be applied when you use the code in the shopping cart.
I Just Received a Coupon Code. How Many Times Can I Use It?
Unless otherwise stated, eGift (Coupon) Codes are single-use only. The code will not work after the first use.
Can I Give My eGift Card To Someone Else?
Yes. Identification is not required to use it, simply forward the email containing the Coupon Code to the intended recipient.
How Soon Do I Have To Use the eGift Card I Received?
eGift Cards have no expiration dates and are redeemable online through our shopping cart. The intended item, however, may not be available if you wait too long. If this is the case, contact us so we can help you find a replacement. eGift Cards for magazines will always apply to the current issue and not back issues.
How Are eGift Cards Different From Plastic Gift Cards?
Plastic gift cards sent to recipients through mail and eGift Cards are sent through email and used online.
Who Can Purchase an eGift Card?
Any U.S. resident, 18 and older can order an eGift Card. International orders are not accepted at this time.

An eGift Card is an online Gift Card in digital format that is pre-loaded with a specific dollar value.
