Returns and Refunds Policy
Most of our products purchased here at unitedfarmgirls.com can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. For example: on occasion, we have baseball caps and tees for sale. If you received the wrong item or you don’t like the fit, you can return it for a full refund. You can also exchange the item for a different size or color (if available).
It is important to note that some items are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available for digital products*, or physical books/magazines that were opened/unsealed (from its original packaging).
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging (magazines only)
- The product is in new condition, not worn or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping the product to the address above.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately to learn if you are eligible for a refund. (see contact information below) You will need to explain the damaged parts in detail and include your order number and shipping address. (Most shipments include a receipt/invoice with a section/instructions for returning items.)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Since we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent, we recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving/downloading/using our digital products.
